A Napa wedding has more moving parts than people who haven't planned one realize. The bride's getting ready at an inn in Yountville; the groom's party is at a friend's house in Rutherford; the ceremony is at a vineyard estate twenty minutes from both; grandma flew in last night and is at the resort up the hill. Transportation isn't a line item — it's how the day actually happens.
What we cover
The full wedding transport stack: couple's town car, parents and wedding party sedans, guest shuttles between hotel and venue, and the getaway car after the toasts. We coordinate with your planner so the cars arrive exactly when the schedule says — no chauffeur standing in the driveway forty minutes early, no guests stranded on a country road in heels.
Guest shuttles
For weddings over fifty guests, a shuttle loop is almost always cheaper and less stressful than asking everyone to find their own ride. We run a sprinter or a 24-passenger bus from the hotel to the venue, every 20–30 minutes for the hour before ceremony, then a final round of return trips at end-of-night. Designated drivers included for the after-party.
On big weekends we run multiple vehicles in parallel — the bottom of the valley empties out fast, and one sprinter doing a 40-minute loop won't keep up with 120 guests trying to leave at midnight.
Rehearsal dinner & welcome events
Wednesday rehearsal dinners and Thursday welcome drinks are where most planning goes wrong. People underestimate them and end up with everyone Ubering from a winery thirty miles off the freeway. We pre-book a sprinter or two for the night, run a fixed loop, and roll guests home before the venue calls last call.
Working with your planner
We send a full transportation timeline two weeks out — every pickup, every dropoff, who's in which car. Planners can drop it into their master timeline; vehicle drivers have it on the day. One-source coordination beats a planner relaying messages between three different Uber XL drivers.
The little things
Cooler of cold water and champagne in the bridal car. Soft music, not someone's algorithmic playlist. A driver who knows where the bathroom is at the venue so you don't have to ask in the parking lot. Same chauffeur, start to finish — your day isn't the place to be assigned a new face every leg.
Lead time & deposits
Book six to twelve months ahead for peak season (May–October). Off-season we can usually still fit a wedding inside four weeks if the date isn't a holiday weekend. A 30% deposit holds the cars; the balance is due a week before. Cancellations more than 30 days out get the deposit back.
